At Veterans Adaptive Sports Training (VAST), our mission is to empower military and law enforcement adaptive sports athletes in competitive athletics through the development and dissemination of a comprehensive understanding of corrective exercises. We are dedicated to enhancing body movement, optimizing physical performance, and fostering resilience among our athletes.

Through research, education, and practical application, we aim to provide innovative and evidence-based solutions tailored to the unique needs of our athletes. By addressing movement dysfunctions and imbalances, we strive to minimize injury risk, improve functional movement patterns, and unlock the full potential of every participant.

Driven by our commitment to excellence and service, we foster a supportive community that champions inclusivity, diversity, and respect. Our ultimate goal is to enable our athletes to thrive both on and off of the field, empowering them to achieve their highest aspirations and inspiring others through their remarkable journey.

Together, we are building a world where every military and law enforcement adaptive sports athlete has the opportunity to excel, overcome obstacles, and reach new heights of athletic achievement. Join us in our mission to transform lives through the power of corrective exercises as well as spiritual and holistic athletic development.
